Lisa Yoshiko (Radecki) Salamone

I embrace all things outdoors after relocating to California from Chicago, Illinois in 2017. You can find me out discovering the beauty of nature while also better understanding people, relationships, and moments. I'm currently the Innovation and Design Lead for Kaiser Permanente Orange County. My role in frontline care delivery is to understand patients and providers as they experience the complexity of healthcare to create strategic solutions.

As part of the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology I studied human-centered design and innovation strategy focusing on complex problems and systems. Having a background in communication design I value the impact visual language has as a tool for driving conversation and creating change.
